Q: Why choose South Philly PC Repair?

Q: Can I bring my computer or device to your location to get fixed?
A: Not at this time but we offer free pickup and delivery or you can take advantage of our remote/house visits.
Q: How Soon can a tech arrive to my location.
A: Scheduling times can vary. Techs are usually able to arrive on site with in 3 - 5 hours. However we have had techs arrive as fast as 45 min.
Q: How much will it cost me to have a tech come out to my home?
A: We only charge $60/per hour and for businesses $80/per hour (effective date changed 1/1/14) with a 1 hour minimum. After the first hour you're then bill at the half hour. Please note that this onsite service price does not include any parts needed to fix your computer.
Q: What if my computer requires a special part can it still be replaced/fixed?
A: Actually, depending on the problem most computers require special or OEM parts in order to fix the computer. The computer can be fixed but it will take time to find the right part/s and to have them shipped to us to fix the issue.
Q: How long does Onsite work usually take?
A: This really depends on the issue. Most Repairs are usually able to be completed within 1 to 2hrs. Some may be longer or shorter depending on the extent of the problem or if parts must be ordered. We're usually able to give an accurate estimate once we see exactly what the problem is. After the first hour if we believe this will be longer then a few hours onsite we will then recommend the computer be take back to the shop and a flat rate will be charged instead of hourly rates.
Q: Do you Work on MAC's or just PC's?
A: We can repair both MACs and PCs.
Q: Can you help me setup or configure my network?
A: Yes we definitely can help with that.
Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, Check, Credit Cards (including America Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover), and Paypal.
Q: After my computer is repaired does it have a warranty?
A: New parts installed will have a warranty but will vary part by part. The years/months the parts will be covered for will be on the invoice/receipt sent out. For more information on the limited warranty click here.
